When I was studying design at CATC Gold Coast, one of my courses was focused on publishing. Our final project was to choose an artist or a designer we admired and do an interview with them for a college magazine that would be published online.
Martin Schmetzer was my first choice; I love his style and I've learnt a lot about typography from him. Best part was when he answered my message on Behance and agreed to a short interview over email.
Unfortunately, our Dzine magazine has never been published and after leaving Australia in 2014 I've never heard the official reason why.
Since it is one of the projects I'm most proud of I decided to share it.
Digital version had both portrait and landscape versions and was optimized for web and tablet. It included links to other websites, fully functional buttons and videos.
